Method Of Application
1. Surface treatment: Before coating the bottom, clean the leather surface to remove grease, dust and impurities to ensure that the bottom coating can adhere to the leather surface evenly.
2. Coating method: Modified acrylic emulsion can be uniformly coated by brushing, rolling coating or spraying. Spraying is recommended to ensure uniformity of the coating.
3. Drying and curing: the coated leather should be dried in a dry and ventilated environment. Usually, the emulsion will dry completely in 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the ambient temperature and humidity.
4. Subsequent coating application: After the primer is dry, subsequent coating treatment (such as dyeing, painting, etc.) can be continued to ensure the adhesion and durability of the coating.
