Inner Protection: Each board is wrapped with pearl cotton or foam corner protectors and secured with stretch film to prevent surface scratches and edge damage.
Outer Reinforcement: High-strength five-layer corrugated cardboard boxes or wooden pallets/crates conforming to ISPM-15 international standards are used. All wooden packaging is heat-treated and printed with official markings, ensuring smooth customs clearance worldwide.
Moisture Protection: For long-distance sea freight, desiccants are placed inside the packaging, and moisture-proof films are used when necessary to prevent moisture damage.
Clear Marking: The outer packaging is clearly printed with markings, including product model, quantity, dimensions, gross/net weight, and internationally recognized handling markings such as "Fragile," "Head Up," and "Keep Dry."
