JRF-203C Acrylic Emulsion is a high-performance water-based emulsion specifically developed for food-grade paper tableware and eco-friendly biomass containers. This product exhibits strong adhesion, excellent toughness, and high impact resistance, along with superior oil resistance and hot water resistance. It effectively enhances the ring crush strength, stiffness, and tensile strength of paper and biomass materials, ensuring durability and safety in hot and humid conditions.

  Usage

1. Paint Application: Mix styrene-acrylic latex with pigments, fillers, additives, etc., in a certain proportion, stir evenly, and then apply it to the desired surface using brushing or spraying methods to form a uniform coating.

2. Adhesive Application: Mix styrene-acrylic latex with other water-based resins in the required proportion, stir evenly, and it can then be used for bonding various materials.

3. Paper and Cardboard Coating: Use styrene-acrylic latex as a coating material, evenly coat it onto paper or cardboard, and after drying, it will improve the performance of the paper.

4. Textile Coating: Mix styrene-acrylic latex with the required auxiliaries, apply it to textiles through dipping, coating, or other methods, and after drying, the desired properties will be obtained.

5. Plastic and Rubber Modification: Add styrene-acrylic latex to plastics or rubbers, and through mixing, processing, and other steps, modified materials can be obtained.
