Application Fields:

1. Paints: As a basic material for water-based paints, styrene-acrylic latex can be mixed with pigments, fillers, additives, etc., to produce interior wall paints, exterior wall paints, wood lacquers, etc., suitable for industries such as construction, furniture, and automobiles.

2. Adhesives: Mixed with other water-based resins, it can be made into water-based adhesives for bonding materials such as paper, wood, and fabrics. It performs particularly well in paper adhesives and can also be used in combination with starch, polyvinyl alcohol, carboxymethylcellulose sodium, etc.

3. Paper and Cardboard: Used as a coating for paper and cardboard to improve waterproofness, aging resistance, and smoothness, commonly used in packaging paper, printing paper, and cardboard.

4. Textiles: Used for coating and finishing textiles to enhance waterproofness, stain resistance, and softness, suitable for outdoor clothing, tents, canvases, etc.

Usage

 

1. Paint Application: Mix styrene-acrylic latex with pigments, fillers, additives, etc., in a certain proportion, stir evenly, and then apply it to the desired surface using brushing or spraying methods to form a uniform coating.

2. Adhesive Application: Mix styrene-acrylic latex with other water-based resins in the required proportion, stir evenly, and it can then be used for bonding various materials.

3. Paper and Cardboard Coating: Use styrene-acrylic latex as a coating material, evenly coat it onto paper or cardboard, and after drying, it will improve the performance of the paper.

4. Textile Coating: Mix styrene-acrylic latex with the required auxiliaries, apply it to textiles through dipping, coating, or other methods, and after drying, the desired properties will be obtained.
