Q: How is your price and quality?
A: Our price is competitive & reasonable, we assure each cent you pay worth its value. Quality is well assured in each process. Wide range of weight & width is available or as the client's request. Any color or design can be produced as per the client's request. For some items, we have stock, you can also choose from the colors that are available.
Q: What's your package and delivery time?
A: Our packing is standard roll packing: polybag inside and weaving bag outside. For stock orders: we ship you the goods as soon as the receipt of payment. For other orders: 10-30 days after the receipt of deposit.
Q: How can I get a sample for confirming the quality?
A: Please tell us the detailed spec you need such as gram weight, composition, width, finishing. We can give you some samples according to your specification. You can send us your original sample as well, then we will analyze and send you our counter sample for approval.
Q: About freight fee of sending sample?
A: In first cooperation, the buyer should pay the freight fee as our company's policy. We will refund the courier cost if you place a bulk order. Hope for your understanding. You can inform us your express account number (UPS, DHL, TNT, Fedex, etc.) for freight collection. If you do not have the express account number, you can send us the courier cost by paypal, then we will send you the parcel prepaid.
Q: How can I get a price of needed fabric?
A: Please inform the detailed spec you need (like weight, composition, usage, etc.), then we can work out the price for you. You can send us your original sample. After analyzing, we will give you a quotation. If you don't know the spec, and do not have a sample either, you can send us a picture for reference, we may check out a rough price for you.
Q: About MOQ, Payment, shipping way.
A: Usually, MOQ is 1000M per color or pattern. For stock item, the MOQ is 1 meter. We accept T/T, sight L/C, Western Union, Paypal and other payment methods. Usually, we deliver small orders by air or by UPS, DHL, TNT, etc., according to customer's instruction. For large quantity, we ship by air, by sea or by truck, depending on buyer's request.
