Product Overview
This product is an anionic water-based polyurethane emulsion, encompassing various series including aliphatic polyether, aliphatic polycarbonate, aromatic polyether, and self-matting types.  Synthesized using advanced polymerization technology by Shandong Jiurunfa Chemical, it offers customized modification solutions such as polycarbonate modification, silicone modification, and polyester-polyether composite modification. The emulsion has a milky white, bluish transparent, or translucent bluish-white appearance, is free of mechanical impurities, and has a stable pH of 7-8.  It contains no added solvents, has extremely low VOC content, meets environmental standards, and is highly safe, making it an excellent alternative to traditional solvent-based polyurethanes.
The product combines the excellent flexibility, wear resistance, and hydrolysis resistance of polyurethane. Depending on the series, it can achieve specific characteristics such as high elasticity, high hardness, yellowing resistance, and self-matting properties. After film formation, the gloss is controllable (high gloss to matte <0.6), with excellent leveling and strong adhesion. It is widely applicable to various industries such as coatings, adhesives, leather finishing, and textile processing, offering a balance of cost-effectiveness and high performance to meet diverse needs in different scenarios.

Application
Coatings Industry: Suitable for architectural exterior wall coatings, wood coatings, and plastic coatings.  The polycarbonate series (JRF-PU160C) and high-hardness grade (PU-901A) are recommended, offering high-gloss transparent film formation, weather and abrasion resistance, and solvent resistance. They can withstand UV radiation and rainwater erosion, extending the service life of the coating.
Adhesives Industry: Specialized grades such as JRF-PU952/8429 are available, featuring low activation temperature (50-80℃), fast crystallization, and high bonding strength.  Suitable for bonding PVC, shoe materials, luggage, textiles, and wood.  Offers excellent water resistance and hydrolysis resistance, providing outstanding cost-effectiveness.
Leather and Textile Industry: The aliphatic polyether series (JRF-PU2175/647) offers softness and high elasticity, providing a full hand feel. It can be used for leather base coats, topcoats, and textile coatings, improving the water resistance and abrasion resistance of fabrics; the self-matting series (PU-800) is suitable for high-end leather matte finishes.

Transportation and storage
Shipping Instructions: This product is a non-hazardous material and should be transported as a regular aqueous solution.  It can be transported by road, rail, or sea. During transportation, avoid exposure to direct sunlight, high temperatures, and violent impacts. Handle with care during loading and unloading; throwing or crushing is strictly prohibited.

Storage Recommendations: Store in a cool, dry indoor place at a temperature of 5-35℃, away from fire sources and oxidizing agents, and keep sealed. The shelf life is 12 months. Before using after the expiration date, the product's performance must be tested; it can only be used in production if it passes the test.
